First of all, take 15 grams for the body and make a tear with the ball.
Place it over the widest part and tap at the top. With the scalpel, mark the separation of the legs. This step is optional, but I think it makes a difference.
Take a 26g ball for the head and flatten it slightly.
With the small ball tool, make two indentations on the sides for the eyes.
Then, roll out thin white fondant, and cut an irregular shape as you see.
Stick it on the head and add a ball for the nose.
Insert a skewer into the body and stick the head when the pieces are firm.
Make two 1 gram tears for the arms.
Make two small tears for the bow. With the tool, mark a line on each of them.
And finally, stick them under the head and add a ball in the center. And the bow is ready.
