If it is your first time modelling, I recommend you to start with these courses to get used to work with fondant/modelling paste. They are very simple courses designed for those who start from scratch.
They may not be what you want to do, but start easy so you can improve without getting frustrated. I will be adding more.
If you have some experience already, just go for it!
